About Michelle

I’ve always had a very active lifestyle. Growing up in rural New Hampshire, being active and spending time outdoors were central to my childhood and have shaped who I have become as an adult. My passion for health and movement led me to become a Physician Assistant (PA), and I’ve chosen to live and put down roots in places that support the active lifestyle that I lead and the hobbies that I love.

In my own life, I approach health and wellness holistically, with a focus on physical movement, therapy, supplements, whole foods, and clinically researched skincare. While a healthy lifestyle has helped me stay physically and mentally fit, neuromodulator treatments and facial balancing have transformed how I feel about myself when I look in the mirror. This self-love has enhanced the quality of my life and my relationships with others. I feel grateful that as a certified PA with a specialty certificate in Emergency Medicine, I have the training and education to help my clients enhance their physical appearance to achieve their personal goals and bring them the same sense of peace and confidence that I have found.

On a personal note, I spend much of my free time with family and friends. I can often be found accompanied by my 14-year-old dog who is my near constant companion. I love a good meal, a good book and doing most everything that involves moving – skiing, hiking, walking, paddleboarding, swimming.
